How did we improve on the best wheel on the market? We added high tech design and machining technology to our proprietary Portion-form shaping and heat treating processes.
Starting with a single sheet of aircraft-grade aluminum the bell and nose halves that comprise a wheel are first Portion-formed to exacting blue print specifications, then precision mated by a robotic welding process.
Then the entire surface of the one-piece wheel is CNC machined to specifically programed tolerances.
