DWT TAKES PODIUM DOMINATION..AGAIN!
Josh Creamer Wins Again Followed by Dustin Wimmer & Thomas Brown

Danville, VA – The weather in Danville may have been hot, but the action at Birch Creek was even hotter for round number three of the 2010 AMA ATV Motocross Championship as Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s Josh Creamer took another overall win with teammate Wimmer in second, while Yamaha’s Thomas Brown claimed his first ever pro podium position in third.

Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s Josh Creamer was in a solid fourth off the line behind Can-Am Motoworks’ Chad Wienen in the first moto. In moto two, Creamer was in the top five off the line and was on a mission to get to the top of the box. Creamer would charge his way past both Wimmer and Brown as he chased after Upperman in the lead, but unexpectedly, Uppermans’ Honda came to a stop with mechanical issues, which gave Creamer the lead as he went on to take his second overall win of the season and take over the pro points lead. Dustin Wimmer was on fire as he flew off the line, taking an early lead after passing Harold Goodman, who took the moto one holeshot. Despite pressure from Baldwin Motorsports’ Josh Upperman and Rockstar Makita Suzuki teammate, Josh Creamer, Wimmer would keep his cool and the lead all the way to the checkered flag.

John Natalie was in the top ten off the line and ran a solid first moto. Natalie would pressure Wienen in the final two laps, but the Ironman was not able to make a move before reaching the finish line and would have to settle for a sixth place finish.
In moto two, Natalie got off to a mid-pack start, but began powering his way through traffic. Natalie’s efforts paid off as he was able to move into the number two position before crossing the finish line. Natalie’s 6-2 finishes would earn him fourth overall for the day.
Motoworks #13 John Natalie charged his way through traffic in Moto two as he made a late pass on Thomas Brown to claim the 2nd spot behind Josh Creamer

Chad Wienen was in third off the line and was pressuring Josh Upperman for second, but it appeared that Wienen would run into mechanical issues and drop back to take a fifth place finish in the first moto. In the second moto, Wienen was involved in a nasty crash into the first downhill section that also claimed teammate Jeremie Warnia and Cody Grant. Despite the crash, Wienen worked his way from the back of the pack into the number seven spot before reaching the checkered flag. Wienen’s 5-7 finishes would put him in sixth overall.

Jeremie Warnia got off to a slower start, but the Can-Am Motoworks racer put the hammer down and was able to take a position away from Pat Brown, but would have to settle for eighth after losing a battle with Jeremy Lawson. Unfortunately, Warnia was involved in a bad wreck at the beginning of moto two and was not able to continue.
