MEDIA ALLSTARS TEAM UPDATE – ATV MX NATIONALS Round Two, Bowling Green, KY

WE WON!! Let me clear that up, we finally Won the big one again, Cody
Grant pulled off the Pro Am Production Win that we’ve been dying for.
Winning Pro Am has been our number one goal for years now (we last Won
the Pro Am Championship in ‘05, and didn’t contest the class in ‘06),
sure we’ve Won allot of other stuff in the last few years, but Pro Am
is the top of the food chain. What makes it 999 times better than ever
is that it was Cody Grant that did it. No racer deserves it more than
Cody, the guy trains like an animal, and rides the fine line of near
bankruptcy in his pursuit of a career in ATV Racing. So keep him in
mind if you’ve got any extra schwag that you can spare.

We also went 1-1 in the Vet 40+ Class via Dave Porter, he’ll walk away
with that #1 plate without a problem. We also took Moto Wins in the 4
Stroke A class with Chase Cunningham (1-4 for 3rd Overall), and
Production B Class with Jake Brattain (1-8 for 5th Overall). We took a
bunch of second places starting with a 2-2 for Cody’s Overall Win in
the afore mentioned Pro Am Production class, a 2nd in the qualifier
for the Pro Am Unlimited Class (2-17 for 14th after two crashes Cody
again), 2nd in Moto One of the Open A Class (2-18 for 13th after a
crash that broke Chase’s A-Arm), 2nd in Moto One of Open B (2-19 for
14th after another devastating crash for Jake which left him with a
nasty concussion, broken scapula, and broken T-1 vertebrae), a 2-2 for
2nd Overall in the +25 Class: Chase again. We rounded off the weekend
with a 3-10 for Matt Porter in the 450-A Class, and a 7-4 for 6th in
the +30 A Class via Dale Batson.

The weekend was bitter-sweet in all actuality as Cody and Dave’s Wins
in their classes, and a Super Dominant Saturday worth of first Motos
was nearly overshadowed by Jake’s horrible wreck, and just “wrong
place at the wrong time” moments that robbed us of a clean sweep. The
good news is that Jake is a trooper, and will be back before we know
it, and that every single Crash we had was at the front of the pack
and caused by over zealous competitors trying (and succeeding) to
dethrone us. Bottom line is that we’re trying, and trying harder than
just about everyone else out there. Our pits look great thanks to
Maxima and Maxxis’s EZ-Ups, and the Team is turning heads as always.

Thanks again for your support.
