At it’s debut event, the NEW DWT Alumilite Rok-Out G2 Race Kit proved Triumphant. With these tough new wheels 1st place Pro was taken by Josh Frederick and 1st place Pro Am was taken by Dillon Zimmerman at the WORCS ’09 Round 1 in Phoenix.

New French Import, Jeremie Warnia finished a fine 4th place after a first lap crash that found him thrown from a bike that flipped multiple times.
In 2nd Place after a first lap accident was Mike Caffro Racings Beau Baron. Baron showed his depth by charging back from position 5 after lap one and actually reconnecting with Fredrick a little after Mid-Race in the 2 hour long event. In the end Fredrick and his vast experience put him over the finish line about 15 seconds ahead, and that was after a last lap “splash and go” to make sure fuel wasn’t an issue.
The Pro-Am was just as exciting with Zimmerman running a stalking 2nd until about 30 minutes to go. Once in 1st, he methodically pull away, winning by about 20 seconds.
